Edith, 12/21/2018 - I have so many prayer requests. But the most important current ones are... First of all, my parents, dog, and I were just about to leave for a cross-country road trip when we received two heart-wrenching messages that may mean the trip is cancelled which would be a major bummer. First off, we got a call finding out my Grandma has been in a hospital for a couple of days. She has/had fluid in her lungs which can be caused by heart problems. Second, we got a message that my beloved dog has kidney issues. We hardly have any information about that. Please pray for a miracle we still get to go on the road trip we planned. Pray for my Grandma and Dogs health. Pray my Grandma shows signs of recovering and she still has at least many more months left to live. Pray my dog does not have any complications or rapid symptoms. Pray my dog lives way past her 13th year still happy and healthy without rapid decline and no cancers or other diagnoses. Pray when my dog does pass that it is quick, stress-free, and painless for her. Pray if my Dad puts her down like he's mentioned, that there are no mess ups. That it goes smoothly. Pray that when it is time for her to pass away that I nor my parents are emotional wrecks. Same goes with my grandma that is currently in the hospital, along with my Mom's parents. In the past I am an emotional wreck at funerals. For example I was held in the bathroom with a crying attack for a man I only met once. Pray it is not near the end for my Grandma or dog. Pray for my parents and I's emotional states. Pray we still go on the roadtrip. Pray this does not ruin the roadtrip. Pray if we do go that my Grandma does not pass or have complications while we are gone. Also pray my dog and grandma make it to heaven when it's their time to go. I know some don't believe animals make it to heaven. And it's questionable. But I refuse to believe God would let us get this emotionally attached to a creature to have them ripped from our grasp and never see them again.
