He has left treatises on the theory of light, heat, and electricity, and also on the causes of the movement of mercury in the barometer. We have also from him a discourse known as "Il Baron di Van-Esden; ovvero la Republica degli Increduli da P. Michel Angelo Marini dell'Ordine de' Minimi, dall'Idioma Franzese tradotta.
