We Were Both Ready - Angel Stories

It was that year I got to know her. Her name was Kathy, and brought joy to my heart, mind, and soul. I was 11 she was in her 40's and had just been diagnosed with cancer. Everyday of that summer I spent my time lounging by her pool, drinking ice cold lemondade, laughing, and telling stories. The good times went by fast, and soon she was cured. Well, the doctors thought she was. She went back the next week. The cancer had sadly returned. "Christ is Life," she would say. I admired her greatly. I looked up to her. I loved her. Things got worse, and she was not able to get out of bed. I only had the heart to see her once or twice. As bad as it was for me, it was a time of misery for her. I would be losing her, but she would be losing everyone. I felt her pain, in a mental sort of way. I wanted everything to be good for her. Time and time went by, then the phone call came..Kathy passed away. My heart was broken and I felt no reason to live. She was a woman of inspiration, and trusted in Christ. I still question him. Now I'm 12 years old, and have began to understand God's purpose of things and the way they happen. God wanted her just as much as I did, but it was his turn. Kathy was finally home.

Some may never see with earthly eyes these heavenly beings or know that they exist. Many are unaware of the numerous ways they have protected and guided us. We would like to share with you the stories of people who take pleasure in expressing how real angels are.
