Dunellen, NJ -- December 9, 2008 -- On Saturday, December 13, 2008, at 11 a.m. ET, "Catholic Radio 2.0!" on BlogTalkRadio presents an interview with Deacon Greg Kandra, the News Director for NET (New Evangelization Television), the newly re-launched cable channel of the Diocese of Brooklyn, NY.
Prior to this assignment, Deacon Greg spent 26 years as a writer and producer for CBS News, working on "The CBS Evening News with Katie Couric," "60 Minutes II," "48 Hours," and "Sunday Morning." Many also know Deacon Greg as the blogger behind The Deacon's Bench.
Deacon Greg joins "Catholic Radio 2.0!" host Commander Craig to talk about the launch of NET and how he balanced his faith and ministry with the demands of the secular media.
