Chicken Curry Over Rice Ingredients 3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips
½ cup chicken broth
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 onion, coarsely chopped
1 sweet red bell pepper, julienned
ÂĽ cup golden raisins
1 ½ teaspoons curry powder
ÂĽ teaspoon ground ginger 1. Cut chicken into thin strips.
2. In a 5 to 6-quart (6 L) slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray, combine chicken strips, broth, soup, onion, bell pepper, raisins, curry powder and ginger and mix well.
