Apricot-Baked Ham 1 (12 to 20 pound) whole ham, fully cooked
Whole cloves
2 tablespoons dry mustard
1 ÂĽ cups apricot jam
1 ÂĽ cups packed light brown sugar 1. Heat oven to 450 degrees (232 degrees C). Place ham on rack in large roasting pan and insert cloves in ham every inch or so.
2. Combine dry mustard and jam. Spread over entire surface of ham. Pat brown sugar over jam mixture.
3. Reduce heat to 325 degrees (163 degrees C). Bake uncovered at 15 minutes per pound. - - - This recipe is from Easy Cooking with 5 Ingredients by Barbara C. Jones.
