Saint Maria Bertilla Boscardin was an Italian religious sister of the Congregation of the Sisters of Saint Dorothy. Born near Vicenza, she entered religious life and served as a nurse, placing her practical gifts at the service of the sick and the poor.

She carried out humble duties with remarkable charity, patience, and obedience, remaining close to Christ in prayer and in the daily work of the hospital. Maria Bertilla died in Treviso in 1922 and was canonized by Pope John XXIII in 1961.
