Saint Ambrosio Kibuuka was a Ugandan Catholic martyr and one of the young Christians who gave their lives during the persecution of the Church in the kingdom of Buganda. He remained faithful to Christ when the royal authorities demanded that the Catholic faith be abandoned.

Ambrosio was killed around 1886 together with other Ugandan martyrs. Their steadfast witness did not extinguish the Gospel; instead, the blood of the martyrs helped strengthen the young Church in Uganda. He was canonized by Pope Paul VI on October 18, 1964.
