Louis von Bruck, sometimes listed as Ludwig, is associated with Ravensburg, Germany. A medieval account accused local Jews of murdering him at Easter. This accusation is a false antisemitic blood libel, not a reliable account of events. The Second Vatican Council’s declaration Nostra Aetate condemns hatred, persecution, and displays of antisemitism directed against Jews at any time and by anyone.
