Shop St. Hyacinth Orfanel
Martyr of Japan. He was born in Valencia, Spain, and became a Dominican in Barcelona. Sent to Japan, Hyacinth worked there until his arrest by Japanese officials. He was burned alive at Nagasaki. Pope Pius IX beatified him in 1867.
