KISSIMMEE, FL (Catholic Online) - A shooting just before 7:00 p.m. Sunday occurred in the parking lot of a Walmart Supercenter at 1471 East Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee.

Police say an argument broke out between two groups of men inside the store. When two of the men left the store, four others followed them. It appeared they were going to physically fight in the parking lot when one man pulled out a gun and opened fire, shooting an 18-year-old male. Another bullet hit a witness' car. The shooting was caught on surveillance tape.

Shoppers ran inside the building when the shooting occurred, including the injured teen. The teen was shot in the arm and leg, which were not life-threatening injuries. The store was placed on lockdown for several hours following the shooting.

The suspect fled the scene with another man in a two-door silver car. Police are still searching for the men. The incident is under investigation and the police are unsure what the fight was about.

The two suspects are described as black, in their early twenties and with a medium build. Anyone with information is asked to call Crimeline at 1-800-423-TIPS.
