New ISIS video features a 'cub of the caliphate' directly threaten US President Barack Obama

'...the swords of the khalifah (caliphate) reach you and cut [off] your filthy head.'

A young ISIS jihadi was featured in an ISIS video dressed in army fatigues and holding a rocket launcher as he  delivered a threat to US President Barack Obama.

LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - A young boy who looks to be no more than 10-years-old was recorded with a finger pointed toward the sky, a gesture that has grown to mean ISIS, in a 29-second clip titled "A Message To The Dog Of Rome."

The term "Dog of Rome" means "servant of the Vatican."

The "cub of the caliphate" begins by saying, "My message is to the Dog of Rome Obama."

He continues, saying,  "If you think your soldiers will enter the land of the khilafah (caliphate) and pollute it with their filth, then you're dreaming. Wake up from your sleep and pay the jiz' yah (religious tax) in submission before the swords of the khalifah reach you and cut [off] your filthy head."

The clip cuts to a scene where a motorboat is traveling through an expanse of water, believed to be a reference to the journey across the Atlantic or perhaps a representation of the threat of terrorists hiding among the thousands of migrants seeking refuge in Europe.

The video was released following a series of Russian airstrikes over Syrian territory, specifically over what Russia claims are targets belonging to IS jihadists in Syrian's northern and central provinces.

President Obama dubbed Russia's intervention a "recipe for disaster" and pledged Washington would not be a part of a proxy war. Meanwhile, British Prime Minister David Cameron continued in his attempts to persuade Russian President Vladimir Putin to "change direction" and understand Assad needs to step down from his position.
