In her book, The Ultimate Cooking with 4 Ingredients, Jean Coates provides the following recipes to "keep cool" with 4 ingredients. Victorian Iced Tea 4 individual tea bags ¼ cup sugar 1 (11 ounce) can frozen cranberry-raspberry juice concentrate, thawed 4 cups cold water - Place tea bags in a teapot; add 4 cups boiling water. Cover and steep for 5 minutes. - Remove and discard tea bags. Add sugar and mix. Refrigerate tea. - Just before serving, combine cranberry-raspberry concentrate and cold water in a 2 ½ quart pitcher; stir in tea. - Serve with ice cubes. Fruit Smoothie 1 cup orange juice 1 ripe banana, peeled, thickly sliced 1 ripe peach, cut into chunks 1 cup strawberries - Put the orange juice into a blender. - Add the banana, peach, strawberries and 1 cup of ice cubes. - Blend on high speed until liquefied. - - - Reprinted by Catholic Online with permission of Cookbook Resources (www.cookbookresources.com).
