SLOVENASKE PALACINKY (Slovak Pancakes) 6 eggs 3 cups flour ½ cup sugar ½ teaspoon salt 1 ½ quarts of milk Beat the eggs well, add sugar, salt and one cup milk. Beat very well and then add flour gradually, putting in the remaining milk. Beat until very smooth. Have greased skillet hot. Put about two tablespoons of the above mixture on the skillet. Brown both sides.
