Why you ABSOLUTELY NEED to join March for Life this year

The March for Life 2016 theme is 'Pro-life and pro-woman go hand in hand.'

The annual March for Life is is an effort to raise awareness and stand together against the murder of unborn children across the nation. God has granted us the miracle of children throughout the ages, so come stand against those that would dare kill not only a human life, but also a gift sent directly from God.

Highlights

LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - In 2015, the Center for Medical Progress released footage collected by undercover reporters who infiltrated Planned Parenthood to discover whether the organization was involved in the murder of unborn children for profit.

The series resulted in several Planned Parenthood officials boasting about the money they make selling tissues and organs from the murder of young lives. Not only is the practice illegal, but it is also a twisted, repulsive defiance of God's law.

Recall the Ten Commandments, in which God ordered his people to "...not murder."

It sounds really basic and easy to understand. Right?

If you see a person, and they are living, then do not kill them. If you see a pregnant woman, her child is alive. You do not kill it.

Sadly, billions around the world have decided to turn a blind eye toward the universal truth that life begins at conception.

This is where the March for Life comes in.

Petitioning outside clinics is one way to stand for those who never had a chance, but by joining March for Life, you will be a louder voice for those who cannot speak for themselves.

Follow your heart

God gave us a sense of compassion for a reason. We know the difference between right and wrong because of God's gifts such as mercy, compassion and even critical thinking.

So why not follow your heart and join others who stand against the lies of the devil?

Sock it to 'em!
Planned Parenthood recently decided to sue the Center for Medical Progress for fraud, defamation and more.
The murderous organization believes it has a leg to stand on, but by joining the March for Life, you can do your part to stand strong against the evils the group promotes behind the scenes.

Make a difference
Though it sounds like signing petitions, going on walks, promoting parades and getting involved sounds like it won't make a difference, it really really does.
The more like-minded people congregate, the more empowered people feel. The more empowered they feel, the more likely they are to step away from their comfort zones to make a difference and talk to people.
When people come together, their voices must be heard -whether people want to or not.
You might even learn something while you attend that you can pass on to friends and family who were unable to join you.

Remember, God's Word has power and He imparted some of that power to us, which is why it is so important to speak well of people, situations and yourself. Speaking God's Truth can make all the difference, especially when you are involved in March on Life. Your words, paired with your actions may just save a life.
