The Afiya Center, una organizacion promotora del aborto con sede en Dallas, Texas (Estados Unidos), ha generado indignacion de varios lideres provida en redes sociales luego de que se hiciera viral la fotografia de una de sus vallas publicitarias dirigidas especificamente a mujeres negras.

WASHINGTON D.C. (ACI Prensa) - La valla sostiene que "las mujeres negras cuidan a sus familias al cuidarse a si mismas", para luego afirmar que "el aborto significa autocuidado".

" Draco Denise? (@GorgeouslyFlawd) 28 de agosto de 2018La activista provida y Presidenta de Culture of Life Africa, Obianuju Ekeocha, senalo en su cuenta de Twitter que este anuncio es la "audacia del aborto combinada con racismo".

"Las comunidades negras estan siendo atacadas por la industria del aborto. Las mujeres negras tienen 3 veces mas probabilidades de abortar sus bebes que las mujeres blancas. Sin embargo, aqui hay una campana publicitaria para idealizar la matanza de bebes negros. Queridas hermanas, despierten y alejense", sostiene la activista.

Ademas, la activista pro vida Abby Johnson indico en su Twitter que "la guerra contra las mujeres negras para que aborten es muy real".

Patti J. Smith, coordinadora regional de la organizacion provida "Silent No More Awareness Campaign" tambien critico el anuncio, asegurando que el "aborto no es autocuidado sino autoagresion".

"ÂżComo equiparar la vida de un nino con cuidar de su familia? Ese nino es parte de la familia", cuestiono.
