Stay toned and strong with Anna Aberg's advice in "The 30-Minute Pregnancy Workout Book: The Complete Light Weight Program for Fitness" (St. Martin's, $19.95). A personal trainer and former Miss Sweden, Aberg's program is tailored for each trimester, with exercises such as the dead lift, crunches and triceps extensions. If you're not already in peak condition, like Aberg was before her pregnancy, don't expect miracles.
