Sunday, March 30, 1-3:30 p.m. EDT (EWTN) "Solemn Mass and Celebration of Divine Mercy Live." The Mass of the feast of the Divine Mercy live from the National Shrine of the Divine Mercy in Stockbridge, Mass., hosted by the Marians of the Immaculate Conception; the event also includes the Divine Mercy chaplet and other devotional activities.

Sunday, March 30, 9-10 p.m. EDT (Showtime) "The Tudors." Jonathan Rhys Meyers returns for a second season as the young, vibrant King Henry VIII, navigating the intrigues of the English court and the human heart with equal vigor and justifiable suspicion. Sam Neill, Natalie Dormer, Henry Czerny, Jeremy Northam and Maria Doyle Kennedy round out the cast. In this episode, the Reformation begins as Henry breaks with the Catholic Church and declares himself head of the Church of England; also, a cook is blackmailed into poisoning a high-ranking bishop, then boiled alive for his crime; Anne's insistence leads to Henry breaking all contact with Queen Catherine of Aragon and banishing her from the court (TV-MA/DSV -- mature audience only; graphic violence, explicit sexual activity, crude indecent language).

Sunday, March 30, 9-10:30 p.m. EDT (PBS) "The Complete Jane Austen: 'Sense and Sensibility.'" The death of their father throws Elinor Dashwood and her sister Marianne virtually penniless onto the marriage market. But then three handsome and apparently well-heeled men come courting. This "Masterpiece" production stars Hattie Morahan and Charity Wakefield. First of two parts (TV-PG -- parental guidance suggested).

Monday, March 31, 9-10 p.m. EDT (PBS) "Minik, the Lost Eskimo." This program retraces the life journey of a young Eskimo named Minik to provide a study of the sacrifices made and the lives irrevocably changed for the sake of discovery. Joe Morton narrates this "American Experience" presentation (TV-PG -- parental guidance suggested).

Tuesday, April 1, 10-11 p.m. EDT (PBS) "Companeras." The intense, passionate world of female mariachi. An "Independent Lens" presentation by Elizabeth Massie and Matthew Buzzell. Terrence Howard hosts (TV-PG -- parental guidance suggested).

Wednesday, April 2, 8-9 p.m. EDT (PBS) Jean-Michel Cousteau's "Ocean Adventures: Return to the Amazon." In a time of accelerating environmental change, Jean-Michel Cousteau returns to the Amazon and heads down the river whose waters circulate through all oceans. First of two parts (TV-G -- general audience).

Wednesday, April 2, 9-11 p.m. EDT (PBS) "Caring for Your Parents." This documentary explores new, creative approaches to caregiving and follow the lives of families struggling to provide compassionate care for their parents. Includes a 30-minute follow-up program hosted by NBC medical correspondent Dr. Art Ulene (TV-PG -- parental guidance suggested).
