MUNTINLUPA CITY, PHILIPPINES (Catholic Online) - Singer Chris Brown has made headlines recently, after being forbidden from leaving the Philippines because of a dispute caused by his absence during a committed appearance in a concert last New Year's eve in the Philippines. The actor reportedly lost his passport making him unable to attend last year's show. Producers of the show claim that Brown was paid in full and did not refund anything, even after failing to arrive to the concert.

Brown, now back home, posted to his Instagram account about the "devil ruining" his life. Some took his message as a candid one, but it featured posts that invoke about God and described his intense struggles. Brown proclaimed that despite the image the public perceives him, he has a pure heart and soul. Chris Brown is showing significant signs that he may be interested in turning a new leaf in his life.

"When u tired of the f**king devil ruining your life and u hear God speak for the first time. No one knows what I deal with on a day to day," Brown said. "The average man wouldn't hesitate to blow his f**king brains out but that's the cowards way out. Most won't understand the genius and beauty in change and learning and the people who have devilish intentions will win in the short term."

The singer claims that he may appear to be "one big party" on the outside, but on the inside "there is a little boy looking for help and guidance."

Chris Brown adds he wants to be a good father for his daughter and to "stay out of the way and do music."

"I don't have any more patience for anything that will cause me to self destruct!"
