Bill Cosby charged with first degree aggregated indecent assault

Bill Cosby has been officially charged with sexual assault. The actor, who has had over 60 women accuse him of rape, will finally be punished for his heinous actions.
Bill Cosby has been accused of sexual assaut on several occasions (AP).
LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - USA Today reports that Cosby could face five to ten years in prison and up to a $25,000 fine if he is convicted.
Prosecutors filed the official charge, which is second-degree aggregated indecent assault, against Cosby on his rape allegation by Andrea Constand.
Despite evidence of the pills and wine, the previous District Attorney ruled it was not sufficient evidence to warrant an arrest.

"We have the utmost confidence in Mr. Steele, Ms. Feden and their team, who have impressed us with their professionalism. In that this matter is now being pursued in the criminal justice system, we will not comment further."CNN's calls to Cosby's spokesman, Andrew Wyatt, and his legal-team spokeswoman, Monique Pressley, were not immediately returned.
Cosby is set to be arraigned before a magistrate in Elkins Park, Pa. at approximately 4 p.m. ET.
