Saint Mildrith was an English abbess of Minster-in-Thanet and a member of the royal family of Kent. She entered religious life and devoted her gifts to prayer, the formation of the community, and the service of the Church.

As abbess, Mildrith helped establish Christian life in southeastern England and was remembered for her humility and charity. Her shrine at Minster became a place of devotion, and the Church honors her as a faithful witness to consecrated life.
