Saint Jeanne-Antide Thouret was a French religious sister and foundress of the Sisters of Charity of Saint Joan Antida Thouret. Born at Sancey-le-Long, she learned to see the poor and suffering as members of Christ and devoted her life to their care.

Amid the upheaval of the French Revolution, she persevered in religious service, founded schools and hospitals, and formed a community dedicated to charity and Christian education. She died in Naples on August 24, 1826, and was canonized by Pope Pius XI in 1934.
