Saint Luca Antonio Falcone, known in religious life as Brother Angelo of Acri, was an Italian Capuchin priest and missionary preacher. Born in Acri in Calabria, he overcame youthful uncertainty and entered the Capuchin Order, where he embraced poverty, prayer, and obedience.

He became a tireless preacher of popular missions, leading people to repentance and renewed love for the sacraments. His preaching was joined to a life of humility, penance, and compassion for the poor. He died on October 30, 1739, and was canonized by Pope Francis on October 15, 2017.
