LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - After the claim that Ghost Security was all talk, GS member and representative DigitaShadow contacted The Blaze to say, "They are technically outmached and they can not hope to win this war. We will not relent until the last daesh is held accountable for their crimes against humanity. If it takes months or years we will be there every step of the way to ensure their defeat."
Ghost Security sent an email to The Blaze, claiming they have shut down over 130 terror-related websites, removed 1,300 YouTube propaganda videos and roughly 59,000 Twitter accounts with associations to terrorist sympathizers.
DigitaShadow issued a warning to the ISHD on behalf of Ghost Security, saying, "If you believe that you can persecute and murder innocent people based upon their religious beliefs, sexuality or for exercising their right to free speech than you are wrong. The free world stands behind us and your inhumane ethics or twisted ideology will not be tolerated."
"Test us and you shall fail," DigitaShadow concludes.
The warning accompanies a video bragging about its accomplishments against the ISHD.
DigitaShadow claims Ghost Security is comprised of 12 specifically-located hackers as well as a few informants in Middle East conflict zones. DigitaShadow continues, saying the Islamic State "should know that we have operatives inside their databases and embedded with their ranks."
Ghost Security works with the federal government and other hacking groups to thwart terrorism.
