LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - These amazing photos show slices of life from the late 19th century to the early 20th. Photos posted are from WWI, WWII and the years in between. A few even show colorized versions of post-war life in both the U.S., Britain the Europe.
Hundreds of photos have been given this treatment, offering the viewer a unique perspective into a time that is all but gone.
The sub-Reddit describes itself as "dedicated to high quality colorization of historical black and white images, and discussions of a historical nature."
