LOS ANGELES, CA (California Network) -- Employees of a George Soros hedge fund are funneling large amounts of cash to Republicans who tried unsuccessfully to defeat Donald Trump in 2016.
George Soros is a liberal billionaire who has used his fortune to buy Democratic politicians for years. He was the primary backer of Hillary Clinton's campaign. He also continues to support liberal causes including mass protests that have disrupted entire cities.
Soros founded Soros Fund Management in 1969 and today employees of the firm are funneling money to top Republicans as well as Democrats, ensuring that no matter who wins, George Soros wins.
The following Republicans have ties to the Soros Fund, according to donation records:
Paul Ryan, Marco Rubio, Jeb Bush, John McCain, John Kasich, and Lindsey Graham.
Paul Ryan accepted the most money. These are the Republicans who led the resistance to Donald Trump. Now we may have some insight into why. They were on the payroll of George Soros. Had they won the primary, would they have obliged their employer allowing his favorite, Hillary Clinton to win?
What favors do they still owe George Soros? What stunning betrayals do they have in store for Republicans?
Massive campaign donations are not given out as gifts. Instead, they are investments and their investors expect a return.
Each of the Republicans listed above has denied any wrongdoing or conflict of interest. They avoid the accusations by pointing out the contributions are not given in Soros' name, but rather come from employees of his fund.
By their fruits we will know them. Already these individuals have made repeated attempts to undermine President Trump, despite the fact he won the election. Why would they undermine their own party and the will of the people?
Nobody can say for sure, but George Soros might have an idea.
