Hillary Clinton Email from her private server led to execution in Iran

'That goes to show just how reckless and careless her decision was to put that kind of highly classified information on a private server.'

Hillary Clinton and her private server have once again surfaced. An Iranian scientist and "spy" working for the CIA was executed after her insecure email outed his position.

LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - Republican Sen. Tom Cotton appeared on "Face the Nation" to discuss the scientist, Shahram Amiri.

"I'm not going to comment on what he may or may not have done for the United States government, but in the emails that were on Hillary Clinton's private server, there were conversations among her senior advisors about this gentleman," he stated.

"That goes to show just how reckless and careless her decision was to put that kind of highly classified information on a private server. And I think her judgement is not suited to keep this country safe."

Politico reported Amiri went missing in May or June 2009 while he was on a religious pilgrimage to Mecca.

When months went by without news of Amiri, Iranian officials accused the United States of abducting him, though the State Department claimed it "had to information" about the scientist.

When Amiri resurfaced in June the following year, it was through two internet videos. In one of the videos, Amiri claimed the CIA kidnapped him during his pilgrimage and he was kept in Tucson, AZ where they tortured him and applied psychological pressure.

Interestingly, in the other video he claimed he was in the United States and was safe, adding he was there to further his education.

At the end of the month, a third video was posted in which he claimed he escaped U.S. custody and was in Virginia. Two weeks later, he entered the Pakistani Embassy in Washington D.C. and said he wanted to return to Iran.

Senior advisor Jake Sullivan sent Clinton an email about Amiri hours before the scientist appeared at the Embassy: "The gentleman...has apparently gone to his country's interests section because he is unhappy with how much time it has taken to facilitate his departure. This could lead to problematic news stories in the next 24 hours."

Hillary Clinton confirmed Amiri had been in the United States the entire time and clarified he "arrived of his own free will and he is free to go. These are decisions that are his alone to make."

Amiri returned to Iran to a hero's welcome and Iranian officials believed he was a double agent and claimed his trip to the U.S. helped Iran gather priceless intelligence.

Despite the happy greeting, Amiri was later taken into custody. He was then executed and his body, with rope burns around his throat, was sent to his mother.

The CIA, State Department and the White House refuse to comment on Amiri other than to say he offered the United States Iranian nuclear program intelligence for years from within his home country and he had been paid $5 million for that information.

Meanwhile, after Clinton's email scandal was investigated, it was discovered she had talked about Amiri to other U.S. officials over the unsecured server.

Nine days before Amiri returned to Iran, the following email was sent from an email from Richard Morningstar, a former State Department special envoy for Eurasian energy: "Our friend has to be given a way out. Our person won't be able to do anything anyway. If he has to leave so be it."

Though it has yet to be confirmed, most believe Clinton's server had been hacked, leading the Iranian government to discover the truth of Amiri's work in the U.S. and prompted his execution.

A spokesman for the Iranian judiciary explained: "This person who had access to the country's secret and classified information had been linked to our hostile and No. 1 enemy, America, the Great Satan.

"He provided the enemy with vital and secret information of the country."

The controversy surrounding Amiri's execution has many believing Hillary Clinton, in her ignorance and use of an unsecured private server, has proven her inability to keep the nation safe.

Not only is she incapable of following simple rules designed to protect people but she has also deterred future intelligence operatives from trusting the United States to ensure their safety and anonymity from their home countries.
