Perfect U.S. Presidential Election Stealing Software turns Black vote into non-persons

"Americans should be in an national uproar," commented a confidential computer systems expert, continuing, "they should be horrified that any American can have their votes automatically turned into 'near zero' values."

"It is the most insidious form of racism towards real human beings as voters, besides the shock that enables state's presidential elections to be stolen in seconds."

LOS ANGELES, CA (California Network) - BlackBoxVoting.org research group slams the Global Election Management System (GEMS) vote counting tabulation software, used throughout the US, as "A Voting Rights Abomination."  They have proven that a whole state the size of Alaska could be stolen in 4 seconds using a dubious set of hidden features within GEMS.

Worse yet, regardless of race, demographic, party, and people's individual makeup have votes that could be insidiously relegated to virtual "non-persons."  An election outcome can be guaranteed to a designated candidate with a built in point spread before the election. The "keepers" of these dangerously manipulative settings within GEMS ballot tabulation rules have already admitted to being approached many times from people to "rig" elections.

BlackBoxVoting.org has demonstrated that GEMS "can be used to invisibly, yet radically, alter election outcomes by pre-setting desired vote percentages to redistribute votes. This tampering is not visible to election observers, even if they are standing in the room and watching the computer. Use of the decimalized vote feature is unlikely to be detected by auditing or canvass procedures, and can be applied across large jurisdictions in less than 60 seconds."

"I nearly fell out of my chair in astonishment and shock when I looked at the lines of Code in GEMS," stated the systems expert. "These code definitions [of 64-bit floating point fractional "Double"] should never, ever, have been introduced into GEMS. Period.  It opens up such a manipulative cheating scale that is beyond anyone's imagination," he continued.

"GEMS must immediately be decertified across the nation until this is fixed.  To fix this requires ALL vote parameter variable definitions to be an integer, or to the average non-computer type, a "one person one vote," explained the systems expert.  "As it is right now, any consultant, that the States hire to pre-program the GEMS settings, can throw any election, can make any race, demographic, or otherwise relegated to 0.001 (one one thousandth) of a vote for African-Americans, Republicans, Democrats and to individual candidates vote tallies."

"These settings can also be abused to give up to 10's of votes per a single person's vote."

"How would you feel if you found out you were a 'non-person' where your vote only counted 0.001 of a vote?"

The GEMS system is capable of being manipulated on the weight of peoples' vote even during the middle of an election. Consultants are granted access to log into the GEMS statewide vote tabulation system in the heat of an election night.  Sometimes parameters are "tuned" to change data values if the results are thought to be "skewed."

How did this bedrock of our nationwide vote tabulation software get compromised with such a dangerous backdoor of tricks?  Some say it was an experiment to be able to do "weighted" elections giving varying degrees of vote values with voter race, demographics, and a host of other registration information contained on each person's voter in a database.

"This was the fatal mistake.  It left the door open for cheating on a scale that is unimaginable and virtually undetectable.  It left the door open to people who know of this cheating ability to pressure software consultants that configure these parameters prior to elections, to "rig" the outcome.  With rich donors, super PAC's, and other great sums of cash available during elections, the chances of bribery on "fixing" would be ever present," commented the expert.

Wednesday, White House spokesman Josh Earnest said that President Barack Obama has confidence in the America's electoral process and everybody else should too.

Perhaps Barack Obama should talk to African-American Wanda Halbert.

In October 2015, BlackBoxVoting.org contributor Bennie Smith received a report from an African-American candidate Wanda Halbert. On Election Night, she had noticed that as votes accumulated, the number of votes in her race were somehow getting subtracted as new votes were added.

Upon digging into the matter, Smith uncovered a bombshell.  Smith caught GEMS creating false vote totals.

Quoting BlackBoxVoting.org, "On Election Day, as a part of his continuing research, Smith had taken a photo of a precinct 07701 poll tape (a results total printed from the memory card in a voting machine). In comparing the poll tape to the GEMS central tabulator report, Smith saw that the totals did not match. More votes were shown on the voting machine tape on Oct. 8 than on the GEMS  central tabulator on Oct. 13.  Smith brought this to the attention of Shelby County elections officials but only after Halbert pressed the issue was the inconsistency corrected."

"Smith began to research how votes that originate from the same source can change once they get into the GEMS program, beginning with the premise that sophisticated election theft would be near impossible, difficult at best; perhaps achievable in a crude or one-shot or localized way, but certainly not on a national scale, or as part of a plan to capture repeat elections. For that, one would need a system that is configurable, quick, precise, and usable by persons who are not master programmers."

Below is stark evidence of the GEMS system changing an election with incorrect vote tabulations.  GEMS was "caught" when a polling printout was documented to test against the reported tabulated results.

Discovering this glaring GEMS vote tabulation anomaly, Smith proceeded with deeper investigation research.  What Smith uncovered was very disturbing.

Quoting BlackBoxVoting.org, "Weighting a race [through the use of GEMS] removes the principle of 'one person-one vote' to allow some votes to be counted as less than one or more than one. Regardless of what the real votes are, candidates can receive a set percentage of votes. Results can be controlled. For example, Candidate A can be assigned 44% of the votes, Candidate B 51%, and Candidate C the rest."

"All evidence that [rigged] fractional values ever existed [in the GEMS system] can be removed instantly even from the underlying database using a setting in the GEMS data tables, in which case even instructing GEMS to show the [rigged] decimals will fail to reveal they were used."

"Source code: Instructions to treat votes as decimal values instead of whole numbers [i.e., rigging] are inserted multiple times in the GEMS source code itself; thus, this feature cannot have been created by accident."

A contact who, so far, apparently wishes to remain anonymous states the following about the history of the GEMS system:

"The Fractional vote [rigging] portion traces directly to Jeffrey W. Dean, whose wife was primary stockholder of the company that developed GEMS. He ran the company but was prohibited from handling money or checks due to a criminal conviction for computer fraud, for which he spent 4 years in prison. Almost immediately after being released from prison he was granted intimate access to elections data and large government contracts for ballot printing and ballot processing."

The shocking reality is that African-Americans, Asians, Hispanics, or any race or demographic can be relegated to "non-person" fractional vote assignments.  While, at the same time, votes can be weighted to greater values to a desired candidate "rigged" to have a winning outcome.

The White House should turn their focus on our existing American Vote Tabulation system, GEMS, rather than express concerns about Cyber Security interference from outside the United States.

Thousands of electoral races, besides the Presidential Election Race, can be bought by the highest bidder if GEMS ballot setup consultants give into temptation.  There is no check and balance to individual GEMS ballot setup consultants.

Americans, and the President, should demand that GEMS, be decertified and immediately be fixed to insure "one person one vote".  Without this, the trust of the American people will forever be lost in the sacred right of democratic elections.

States at risk of sophisticated election rigging.   Note that this map identifies the GEMS manipulable capable software election tabulation software.  It is entirely possible that this same "fractional" weighting insidious feature may be embedded in other versions of state tabulation programs.  BlackBoxVoting.org specifically researched GEMS.

"A Voting Rights Abomination", states a May 12, 2016 report from Black Box Voting.org research group.

Key Harris quotes: They're all shockers: "Our testing [of GEMS] shows that one vote can be counted 25 times, another only one one-thousandth of a time, effectively converting some votes to zero."

"GEMS violations are egregious."

"Section 6, Security Standards, is not followed in GEMS:"
