Judge rules key Obamacare provision unconstitutional!

A federal judge has sided with House Republicans, ruling that Obamacare is unconstitutional. The ruling is on hold, since an immediate appeal is expected.

LOS ANGELES, CA (California Network) - House Republicans have won a case against the Obama administration's Obamacare edict. In a 38 page opinion, Judge Rosemary Collyer pointed out that the Constitution only allows the president to spend money that is appropriated by Congress. The president cannot spend public money without an appropriation.
House Republicans have been opposed to Obama's spending on Obamacare because they have never appropriated the funds for it.
Specifically, the case arises from insurance reimbursements that the Obama administration is handing out to insurance companies worth $125 billion over the next 10 years.
The administration halted the payments when the suit was filed, but countered that the House had no right to sue.
Today, Judge Collyer agreed with the House.
Observers believe the case will be overturned on appeal.
