Obama proposes shocking $1.3 billion for illegal minors entering US

'The forces driving the migration are still strong.'

With US President Barack Obama's plans to provide $17,613 for every illegal minor child entering America, the first six months of 2016 has seen a jump of 78 percent in unaccompanied minors crossing the Mexican-American border.

LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - According to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the first six months of fiscal 2016, which ended March 31, saw 27,754 apprehended unaccompanied minors.

The number of apprehended minors was a 78 percent jump from the same time period in 2015 and was just short of 2014's record-breaking surge.

Kevin Appleby, the director of the international migration policy at the Center for Migration Studies believes the increase is due to the extreme violence in Central America, particularly in El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala.

Many are fleeing for their lives and hope to find better lives in America, and why shouldn't they?

Appleby simply stated, "The forces driving the migration are still strong."

According to WND, Obama is planning a budget proposal to allow incoming unaccompanied minors more money than more retirees receive in SSA benefits.

As the influx of children continues to grow, Obama continues to find ways to make them legal and their lives easier. In fact, the president is currently fighting to legalize 4 million illegal immigrants.

Should he continue this destructive behavior, the result will be an even greater increase of illegal immigrants - but why should he care? After all, he is all about change. Whether that change is good or bad doesn't seem to matter.
