Trump may already be unstoppable.

Ted Cruz and John Kasich have teamed up to block Donald Trump from winning the Republican nomination. The rivals have agreed to divide upcoming primary states, so they can efficiently spend resources attacking Trump instead of each other.

Highlights

LOS ANGELES, CA (California Network) - Ted Cruz and Josh Kasich have divided three upcoming states between themselves and will not campaign against one another there. Cruz's area of operations will be Indiana, and Kasich is responsible for attacking Trump in Oregon and New Mexico.

The pair hope that instead of running ads and campaigning against one another, they can devote their resources to targeting Trump. Key to the strategy is for Cruz to capture Indiana, which could deny Trump the delegates he needs to secure the nomination.

However, Trump is doing well in many polls and he is expected to win by large margins.

The voters have made it clear that they are fed up with establishment politics. They are demanding outsiders on both sides of the aisle

This year seems to be the year Americans have awakened to the fact that the powers that be don't represent their best interests. An open rebellion is spreading in both parties, but is most pronounced in the GOP where voters are overwhelmingly supporting Trump.

The GOP is now reduced to stopping Trump at their convention. Doing so requires they invoke party rules and by-laws to snatch the nomination from him. The machinations to do this have angered the voters who see the GOP's move as a stifling of democracy.
