FREE Catholic Classes
It's time to imprison America's favorite felon-in-chief, Hillary Clinton. It has now emerged that she broke the law by marking subpoenaed files for archiving and keeping them out of the hands of Congressional investigators for a full year. The deed appears to be a clear violation of the subpoena.

LOS ANGELES, CA (California Network) - State Department officials transferred files related to the Benghazi attacks last year, violating a subpoena in the process. A subpoena from Congress stated: "Subpoenaed records, documents, data or information should not be destroyed, modified, removed, transferred or otherwise made inaccessible to the Committee."
The transfer and archive of these records, which were in electronic files, has made them inaccessible to Congress for over a year.
The delivery of documents has been both piecemeal and delayed with various excuses offered.
There is no reason why in the age of digital media, the careful and meticulous archiving of government correspondence, and digital transmission, that the honoring of a subpoena should take more than a few hours. It should certainly not take more than a month, and over a year is inexcusable.
If ordinary people ignored an order from a judge, or transferred subpoenaed files either deliberately or inadvertently, they would be penalized.
However, in an investigation in which our national integrity is at stake, excuses galore are offered. Mistakes are pardoned liberally, which only encourages more deception, lies, and obstruction.
Instead of prosecuting the person in charge of this debacle, we promote her to presidential candidate.
No wonder our nation is going to hell in a handbasket.
