Criminal arrogance of Hillary Clinton shines through as she jokes about 'wiping' her email server

Clinton could face impeachment as soon as she is elected.

Hillary Clinton remains indignant, or at worse, smug, about her breaking of the law by storing national secrets on an email server, parked in an apartment bathroom. Clinton considers herself the heir apparent to Obama and is not taking the allegations against her seriously.

LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - Hillary Clinton kept classified information on a private email server in spite of the law and best practices. This server was quietly maintained by a tiny firm and was stored in a downtown Denver apartment, parked inside a bathroom closet. One would hardly consider this a secure arrangement.

When asked by a reporter during an interview if she "wiped" her server, meaning, did she delete the information stored on it, she joked, "What, with a cloth or something?"

Her attitude is flippant as public outrage and pressure grows over her illegal antics and obvious disregard for the rule of law.

Federal investigators are finding hundreds of emails that contain classified information from what has been handed over already. They are confident they can recover many more from the server. If they find emails have been deleted in an attempt to hide them, additional charges could be added when charges are eventually filed.

Another factor complicating Clinton's efforts to minimize her scandal is that even if she managed to erase her own emails, copies of those emails exist elsewhere. Recipients of those emails could also be investigated or they could be asked to hand over servers and other information as investigators track down proof of what we already know -Hillary Clinton is a criminal. Do these third parties want to be swept up in an investigation? That's unlikely.

When an email is sent, it passes through several stations, just like a letter does when it moves through the postal system. At any point, it can be intercepted, read and copied. Hackers and spies do this all the time.

In addition, servers are also backed up, emails are opened on computers, and ultimately a document transmitted online can be duplicated and saved multiple times without either party knowing it.

Deletion is no defense either, because when data is deleted it isn't actually wiped out. Instead, the memory space where it physically exists is just marked for reuse. If it is "overwritten" or "wiped" some traces of the original can remain. Unless the wiping process is very thorough, sophisticated programs can actually reconstruct the original from fragments, the same way a determined investigator can piece back together a shredded document.

The end result is that Hillary Clinton's server was neither private, nor secure, and its only defense was the ignorance of where it was stored; the fact that it was hidden in a bathroom closet. There are zero assurances it was kept secured or that unauthorized third parties did not have access to it. It is impossible to tell what secrets could have been compromised and what the cost of that is -or may soon be.

It should also be noted here that storage in a random location is no defense either. Servers have IP addresses and IP addresses have physical addresses, which can lead a hacker, or a spy to the location of the server. In fact, it was a Romanian hacker who discovered and revealed to the world that Hillary Clinton was using a private email server in the first place.

Hillary Clinton is among the least desirable candidates for president and Americans are beginning to discover this. Obama's heir apparent is a criminal with blatant disregard for the law, and deliberate ignorance of common sense security procedures.

Just as her attitude was instrumental in destroying the lives of Americans in Benghazi, a scandal most American patriots remember, her attitude could destroy more American lives in the future. Can this woman really be president?

She isn't worth it. The accomplishment of electing a woman as president is trumped by the likelihood we could elect a person who is under investigation, and might be promptly replaced due to impeachment. Do we need another Watergate already? How much embarrassment can a nation take?

Even worse, she could be elected and use her new powers to crush the investigation and take revenge on anyone who dared to seek the truth. She could then rule with impunity for as long as eight years, serving herself along the way.

Hillary Clinton is anti-life, anti-law, and even anti-woman. The only thing history reveals Hillary is for is herself.
