
DNC Convention: 'A Prayer for Change' Announces Denver Schedule

Ten Pro-life Groups have announced the official schedule for their activities in Denver coinciding with the Democratic National Convention.

WASHINGTON (Catholic Online) - A multi-organizational Pro-life endeavor called "A Prayer for Change" announced its official schedule of Denver activities coinciding with the convening of the Democratic National Convention.
Christian Defense Coalition, Survivors, Operation Save America, Stand True, Generation Life National, Faith and Action, National Clergy Council, Rock for Life, Generation Life Philadelphia, and Operation Rescue have joined forces to send a strong message to Democrats on behalf of the unborn.
Activities began Saturday with a Prayer Vigil at Denver Planned Parenthood at 9:00am local time followed by another Vigil at the Pepsi Center at 1:00pm. The group will walk en-masse from Skyline South Park to the Center beginning at 12:30pm.
Other activities include:
Saturday, August 23, 6:00 P.M. - Prayer and worship rally at Skyline South Park at
15th Street and Arapahoe.
Sunday, August 24, at 11:00 A.M. - Sunday morning worship service at Skyline South Park.
Sunday, August 24, at 6:00 P.M. - Rally, prayer and worship rally at Skyline South Park.
Beginning Monday, August 25, the pro-life activists will hold public events at different venues around Denver. These will be announced through news releases and at their website: www.aprayerforchange.com.
The purpose of "A Prayer for Change," is to pray for an end to abortion and to expose the radical pro-abortion position of Senator Obama.
