Kimberly Goodman ran over her husband, his lawyer and another woman before jumping to her death.

Kimberly Goldman attacked three innocent people before committing suicide, because she had no money.

LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - According to East Bay Times, Goodman filed for a divorce from her estranged husband Dr. Brian-Halevie-Goldman last month.

Court documents revealed Goldman served as her own attorney and filed documents in which she claimed to be experiencing suicidal thoughts and she had made two "serious attempts" years ago, the most recent being in 1996.

She recently changed her name to Kimberley Kincaid and filed for a divorce after 27 years of marriage and raising two children.

Dr. Halevie-Goldman, a psychiatrist, began to encounter financial difficulties earlier this year when laptops containing private client information was stolen from his vehicle.

The financial struggles and theft left Kimberly shaken and she blamed Dr. Halevie-Goldman for her damage psyche, according to court documents.

Laura Mackie, a risk-management consultant, was brought in to assist Dr. Halevie-Goldman's finances and practice, leading Kimberly to react with hostility, Mackie claimed in a declaration of her own.

Mackie wrote: "The issues of power and control in this relationship are clearly defined by (Kimberly Goldman's) widely recognized jealousy and need to control (Halevie-Goldman's) interactions with virtually every female he's ever known.

"It was becoming clear to me over time that (Kimberly Goldman's) actions were those of a controlling and abusive mate."

Kimberly referred to Mackie as a "witch," as well as a rude name, admitted she blamed her ex-husband for the theft and referred to herself in the third person to say she was "suicidal, beginning when (Halevie-Goldman) had the laptops stolen. She shared with him that she had a plan and serious intention to harm herself."

In court documents, Dr. Halevie-Goldman described Kimberly as "abusive" and claimed she "constantly berates me and threatens suicide whenever she wants to 'make a point.'"

To compound the couple's financial instability, Dr. Halevie-Goldman was the medical director of the clinic at the center of the BALCO drug scandal.

In 2006, he was accused of helping a gold medalist sprinter win with the help of performance-enhancers.

Dr. Halevie-Goldman had his medical license suspended for 90 days, leading to worse financial crises.

During Monday's divorce hearing, Kimberly claimed there was "an emergency" and wrote: "At the risk of being dramatic, it is a matter of life and death. Petitioner (Goldman) has $0 left to her name," adding the divorce case was "a matter of life and death."

The hearing was postponed and each party left the Peter Spinetta Law Center.

Daily Mail, reported minutes later Kimberly reversed and hit Dr. Halevie-Goldman's lawyer's vehicle, ran over her ex-husband, then backed into his lawyer's vehicle a second time before fleeing the scene.

Dr. Halevie-Goldman, his lawyer, and an unknown woman in the lawyer's vehicle were all taken by ambulance to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek with moderate injuries, while Martinez police went after Kimberly.

Her vehicle was discovered in such a way that it appeared she attempted to hit the center median and wall of the Benicia-Martinez Bridge before parking and jumping to her death.

Kimberly's body was recovered by the U.S. Coast Guard.

Martinez police Detective Miles Williamson stated Tuesday that Kimberly was a jealous woman but the one in Mr. Halevie-Goldman's vehicle was not involved, in any way, with the Doctor.

"This was not a lover's quarrel," Williamson explained. "The female was with the attorney of the gentleman and not tied to [Halevie-Goldman]."

Meanwhile, officers are still investigating the details of Kimberly's attempted murder and suicide.
