CMP continues to release the truth - but will the courts listen?

After ousting illegal actions performed by Planned Parenthood clinics, the Center for Medical Progress (CMP), and its founder Daniel Daleiden, have been ordered to cease further distribution of illegally-obtained Planned Parenthood footage. Unfortunately for the National Abortion Federation (NAF), CMP released another video anyway.

LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - According to the Reuters report of CMP and Daleiden's injunction against the further release of Planned Parenthood footage on Thursday, February 4, another video was posted on Monday, February eighth.

Along with the footage, CMP posted a Press Release, in which they speak out against NAF's plans to repress the truth.

"NAF is currently seeking to permanently enjoin The Center for Medical Progress from releasing any footage obtained at its annual meetings in 2014 and 2015," the release states.

It continues, explaining that actors posed as representatives of a start-up company aimed at the harvest and selling of aborted fetal tissues.

The actors clearly stated, "We do donate the fees that we get from our researchers, we give a portion back to the clinics as just a thank you for letting us come in," to which an NAF representative responds, "Yeah, it definitely sounds like something some of our members would be really interested in."

As previously reported, NAF and Planned Parenthood leaders use specific language to bypass the illegal act of harvesting and selling murdered baby organs and tissues.

In line with the confidentiality of their illegal activities, NAF representatives state that their gatherings are opportune times to discuss the purchasing program: "We have an exhibit hall and then we also have the general conference. But I mean, this is a very great way to talk to our members. We have a group purchasing program through our membership. So it seems like this would be a really great option to be able to offer our members as well."

US News reported Daleiden spoke of the newest video and claimed "It was filmed at an ARHP meeting prior to any NAF meeting we attended."

Vicki Saporta, the president and CEO of NAF, believes the release was a way Daleiden was attempting to fight a losing battle.

"He's trying to cut and splice and make it seem as though I'm concerned about the case that's going on now - it's nonsense," she stated. "There's nothing in this video that's new or relevant. It's just Daleiden losing again and making more false and misleading claims."

Unfortunately, a Texas grand jury believes the CMP-released videos failed to provide evidence of illegal activities performed by Planned Parenthood or the NAP. Rather than either abortion group facing persecution, it is Daleiden on trial.

Saporta closed with the haughty comment, "He [Daleiden] went out to entrap people and it didn't work, and now he's the one being held accountable, as he should be."
