Planned Parenthood CEO 'sorry' for 'tone and statements' in expose video, but not for actual selling of baby body parts

Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards extends her apologies in a video response to the massive criticism over an expose video revealing that her company vends body parts of aborted babies. Another appalling video is expected to be released next week, which will expose more of Planned Parenthood selling aborted babies.

MUNTINLUPA, PHILIPPINES (Catholic Online) - Richards issued her apologies for the "tone and statements" from the top Planned Parenthood medical official caught in the hidden-camera video discussing how the abortion business sells the body parts of babies maltreated by abortions. However, she is not apologizing for actually selling the aborted babies' body parts. She stated, "Our top priority is the passionate care that we provide."
The CEO explained that selling the body parts are for the purposes of medical research, adding that the sales are never done for profit. As if that makes it any better.
David Daleiden of Center for Medical Progress, the pro-life organization behind the shocking video, responded to Richards statements, "Without concrete action, Planned Parenthood's 'apology' is just a cynical and empty excuse - and an excuse that's three days late. If they are truly sorry, they should immediately hand over all contracts with StemExpress and other fetal harvesting companies to law enforcement and Congressional Committees. A belated 'sorry' is not enough for these deeds of baby parts trafficking and partial-birth abortion, these atrocities against humanity."
Over the past several days, almost every Republican candidate for president and numerous lawmakers have expressed their outrage regarding the video and have called on Congress to remove funding from Planned Parenthood.
The video, which has already been viewed by around two million people, exposed how Planned Parenthood sometimes alters their procedures to guarantee high-quality "specimen" for organ harvesting.
"Planned Parenthood is still receiving $50, $75, sometimes $100 per specimen per fetal part. So all of that is just straight up profit that goes to their bottom line," David Daleiden, the founder of the group Center for Medical Progress told CBS News.
