ISIS in Oregon? Shocking graffiti sparks real fear
FREE Catholic Classes
ISIS has been terrorizing millions of people over the last couple of years, concentrating their efforts on state-building exercises framed in fundamentalist Islam in the Arab regions. However, a recently discovered graffiti paint sprayed on a wall horrified Oregon parents and citizens to thinking the extremist group may now operating in a location near their children. With the wall now cleaned, police officers claimed there is still no heavy grounds to believe the case was related to the group.

MUNTINLUPA, PHILIPPINES (Catholic Online) - The words "ISIL we R here," was found painted under a play structure in Oregon. Without knowing what to do with the "disturbing" graffiti, Tom Windedah, the man who discovered the graffiti, decided to call the authorities to determine possible clauses.
"Of course it's alarming. It was a big surprise that it happened here at Miller," said Jessica Brenden, Oregon's Miller Elementary School principal, in a statement with Fox 12.
The perpetrators and the reason behind the cringing message remains unknown, but the Salem police said there is no known IS activity within the area.
"It's unfortunate we had to put resources into cleaning it up when the resources could be spent in the classroom," added Principal Brenden. There are still no strong speculations why would anyone put up such message in the school; if it's a prank, the prank is in very bad taste.
The local police did not dig deeper into the case, explaining there's nothing much to go on. Although no one is pointed at for the crime, authorities believe it was done sometime over the weekend.
Reports say that it was removed by Monday. However, anyone with information regarding the graffiti are encouraged to call the Salem Police Department at 503-588-6123.
