SHOCKING: Armed National Guard troop carries out operations in U.S. children's playground (VIDEO)

Army operations in public places raises concerns.

Footage showing armed National Guard troops doing exercises was sent to Infowars, Sunday morning. The concerned listener documented the scenario, that took place near a children's playground in Staunton, Virginia, highlighting the presence of arms in the public space. Similarly, a video was featured last week, showing National Guard troops performing traffic control drills down in a residential street on Ontario, California.

They appeared to be heading to carry out PT (physical training) at some other location. This was in a city park and people were walking, jogging, and enjoying the playground with their children," the man in the video said, according to Infowars.

The alarmed civilian added that he saw M1As and M16s carried by the soldiers, which he cannot distinguish if fake or real, even at closer view. In the report, one of the armed guards explained that they are part of the 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team assigned to the Virginia Army National Guard.

The troop was filmed at the Gypsy Hill Park near the Thomas Howie Memorial Armory where they are currently based. They were described as behaving well-mannered and even friendly, engaging in casual conversations among the people in the place.

However, this did not stop the concern of the people, saying that the exercises are best done within their base not in public. Others, who did not share the same concern, say the troop is executing a safe, perfect routine.

These concerns were heightened due to the nationwide Jade Helm military exercise, trying to observe whether they can infiltrate the public without getting attention. An alarming video from Fort Lauderdale, Florida shows a disturbing activity of exercising detention of citizens in a martial law-style training.
