Neighbors reported the house was completely packed with debris.

MUNTINLUPA, PHILIPPINES (Catholic Online) - The intrusion of authorities was caused by an alert three days earlier from neighbors stating that debris were densely stacked inside the property. Fire officials eventually found that entry from the front door was impossible and proceeded to going through the front window armed with oxygen masks. It was only then that the body was found.

The house located at 152 Fourth Avenue was not specifically anonymous. According to a series of neighbors that requested to be kept anonymous, a woman named Carolyn lived in the house along with her elderly mother. Additionally, a dog was also found which Carolyn regularly brought out for daily walks.

Additional statements from neighbor's state that the elderly mother had not been seen for several years. Carolyn  also stopped coming home about a year ago but was recently located by a guy identified only as "Tony." According to him, Carolyn said that she was a retired Pacific Bell worker and during the time that he saw her again, she had become thin and claimed to be sick.

The mummified body has yet to be identified, whether it was Carolyn, her elderly mother or whoever lived as residents to the home.

Officials described what they found inside the house as "Hoarders 101." Rats, black widow spiders, and mold on the walls were only some of the less horrific finds along with 300 bottles of urine and several bags of debris.

The nature of the property sparked questions among nearby residents but police, fire and medical examiner's officials declined to comment on the case.

Investigation is likely on its way but no further announcements or updates have come from the authorities. According to Tony, if only someone knew about Carolyn's plight, people might have been able to help her.
