According to Heavy, the video was released on ISIS terrorist channels December 22.
It begins with a recap of Turkey's President, Assad, Putin and Obama's involvement in Syria.
Bombings allegedly at the hands of Turkey in Al-Bab were shown, followed by ISIS suicide bombings.
There is graphic footage of civilian casualties of the airstrikes in Al-Bab and suddenly two Turkish soldiers appear in a cage.
They are wearing collars around their necks and ISIS calls them "dogs."
According to Islamic law, dogs are impure animals and are believed to be unclean.
The men are led by chain leashes and are forced to walk on all fours. They follow a makeshift path until they are pulled to their feet. They make statements into the camera, likely their introductions, an admission of their "guilt" and possible a statement ISIS forced them to say.
A Jihad pulls out a detonator and the leashes are set aflame.
The men can only stand and wait for the fire to climb the chain, which has a cloth woven among the grooves. The men catch fire and attempt to roll in the dirt but it appears the cloth and their clothing may have been doused in an accelerant of some kind.
Their anguish is clear as the flames slowly engulf their bodies until they finally succumb to the torture.
The graphic, heart-wrenching scene unfolds in HD as the Jihads watch without a hint of humanity. The soldiers are believed to have been captured in Aleppo, which just recently evacuated its civilians.
Please pray for an end to the violence, for wisdom to our leaders and for the fall of the terrorist regime.
