LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - The young boy, who's identity and ethnicity has not been determined, is featured directly threating the United States.
"Oh America, these are the soldiers you armed and you spent money on to fight the Sharia of Islam," he exclaims with a dagger pointing to the camera. "We will destroy them as we destroyed the [inaudible] of Iraq... You can't escape."
The boy goes on to state ISIS will meet their enemies "on the hills of Dabiq," according to the Daily Mail, a Syrian town some Muslims believe to be the grounds of the final battle against the West.
The beheading victim is prominently seen throughout the video in the notorious orange jumpsuit. He is determined as a fighter for the Levant Front rebel faction. After giving a forced interview, he is marched into the woods and kneeled on the ground.
The boy takes his dagger and cuts off the prisoner's head.
Throughout the 17-minute long video, ISIS cuts toward destroyed buildings most likely caused by airstrikes against ISIS.
Although this may be one of the more graphic incidents of a child featured in an ISIS propaganda video, it is not the first time. ISIS prides themselves on the Cubs of the Caliphate, and last month featured a four-year-old boy dressed in army gear stating, "We are going to kill the kaffir (non-believers) over there."
The fight against ISIS continues to be one full of losses.
Together we can do our part with a simple prayer to Our Saviour for a better tomorrow.
