MUNTINLUPA, PHILIPPINES (Catholic Online) - The terrorists' handbook contains chapter by chapter instructions on how to finance "Muslim gangs" and obtain weapons in the UK. The horrible guidebook targets a British audience, and gives references to several terror cases in Britain.

Deceiving people with a facade of a charitable organization raising awareness for Islamic teachings, the gang members recruit members stealthily off the streets. Worryingly, a detailed guide on how to make bombs is provided in one chapter, including necessary diagrams for making explosives out of a soda can.

There's also a guide laid out containing advice on cell phone detonators and car bombs. Gang members are urged to perform assaults, robberies and acts of credit card fraud to pay for weapons and other tools for large scale attacks.

The guidebook looks into police anti-terror strategies, as well as provides lengthy quotes of guidance from the dead terror frontrunner, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi. It presents shortened and modified versions of Qu'ranic quotes to justify why Muslims should only fear Allah and not fear being jailed by government authorities.

British jihadist Choukri Ellekhlifi, utilized the financial tactic of carrying out assaults and recruiting people by handing out leaflets on an Islamic street stall before he went to Syria. When Ellekhlifi was arrested for robbery, he fled to Syria and joined the Al-Qaeda affiliated Jabhat al-Nusra. He was killed in a battle against the troops near the Syrian city of Aleppo.

While several British citizens have come to Syria to wage holy war, atrocious outbreaks, such as the Charlie Hebdo massacre, have led police to fear a terror attack on home soil.
