Como funciona el Sinodo de los Obispos sobre los jovenes

La XV Asamblea General Ordinaria sobre el Sinodo de los Obispos que se esta realizando del 3 al 28 de octubre en el Vaticano con el tema "Los jovenes, la fe y el discernimiento vocacional" continua con un esquema ~similar a las dos reuniones sinodales sobre la familia llevadas a cabo en 2014 y 2015.

VATICANO (ACI Prensa) - Segun han explicado en diferentes ocasiones las autoridades de la Secretaria General del Sinodo de los Obispos, el modo en el que se desarrolla este evento es buscando la colegialidad, es decir, que los miembros que participan en el Sinodo aportan sus ideas, pero despues, escuchan tambien las otras propuestas e intervenciones libres para buscar lineas de accion concretas.

En concreto, el Sinodo de los Jovenes se divide en tres fases, que son las tres indicadas en el Instrumentum laboris: "reconocer" la Iglesia en la escucha de la realidad; "interpretar" fe y discernimiento vocacional y "elegir" caminos de conversion pastoral y misionera.

De este modo, los padres sinodales, sacerdotes, religiosos y representantes laicos -entre los que se encuentran 36 jovenes- presentan en las congregaciones generales las realidades y desafios que enfrentan los jovenes de acuerdo a sus diferentes contextos, no solo geograficos, sino tambien pastorales.

Ademas de las asambleas plenarias, que se realizan en el Aula Nueva del Sinodo, y en las que el Papa Francisco participa con frecuencia, los padres sinodales tambien se reunen en pequenos grupos de trabajo, llamados "circulos menores¨.

En esta asamblea sinodal se han formado 14 grupos de trabajo: dos de lengua espanola, cuatro en ingles, tres en italiano, tres en frances, uno en aleman y uno en portugues.

Los relatores de los dos ¨circulos menores¨ en espanol son el Cardenal Jose Luis Lacunza Maestrojuan y Mons. Mariano Jose Parra Sandoval.

La elaboracion del borrador del documento final del Sinodo de los Jovenes sera realizado por una comision de escritura formada por un grupo de padres sinodales elegidos por la asamblea.

Esta comision sintetizara las intervenciones en el Aula y las conclusiones de cada uno de los circulos menores por cada una de las tres areas tematicas del calendario.

Segun informo la Secretaria General del Sinodo  de los Obispos, el borrador del texto final sera presentado en la Asamblea Plenaria la manana del sabado 27 de octubre, para que en la tarde los padres sinodales voten sobre este documento.

Luego el documento sera entregado al Pontifice, que decidira cuando y como sera publicado tal texto.

Finalmente, cabe recordar, la nueva Instruccion sobre la celebracion de las asambleas sinodales y sobre la actividad de la Secretaria General del Sinodo de los Obispos que entro en vigor el pasado 1 de octubre. En tal documento pontificio, se explican claramente las funciones de cada miembro que conforma el Sinodo.
