MAJOR THREAT: ISIS recruits secretly buy land for training camps in Europe
FREE Catholic Classes
Devotees of the radical Islamic State group have been clandestinely purchasing land on a very secluded village in Bosnia. There is a myriad of reasons why this is alarming, particularly because the land could be used as a launching point for terrorist attacks in Europe.

MUNTINLUPA, PHILIPPINES (Catholic Online) - According to reports, several villagers have already united with the Islamic State group in Syria and the "notorious" jihad supporters have began buying properties in the village, located in the woods on a hilltop.
"We regularly hear gunshots coming from the woods up there for long periods at a time. It happens every week," one resident said. "I don't know what they are doing, whether it is target practice or something like that, but it happens regularly."
According to Dzevad Galijasevic, an expert on terrorism, the settlement poses a "major threat," because of its propinquity to both Europe and the Mediterranean where militants from the Middle East could easily enter the continent.
"The chosen location of some of the properties is on a hill, where there is no possibility to approach without being seen. It is clear that the source of the terrorist threat is right there," Galijasevic said.
It was reported last month that ISIS started recruiting Bosnian fighters with plans of stirring future attacks on home soil.
The terrorist group has released a recruiting video entitled "Honor is in Jihad," aimed at Balkan Muslims. In the video, a Bosnian man is featured saying, "If you can, put explosives under the cars, in their houses, all over them. If you can, take poison and put it in their drink or food. Make them die, make them die of poisoning, kill them wherever you are. In Bosnia, in Serbia, in Sandzak [a region in south-west Serbia]. You can do it."
