Este viernes 25 de octubre se estrena en Espa艅a la canci贸n que el famoso cantautor argentino Palito Ortega ha dedicado al Papa y que se titula "La Luz de Francisco", cuyas regal铆as ser谩n donadas a una obra de caridad.

BUENOS AIRES (ACI) - Palito Ortega es el seud贸nimo de Ram贸n Bautista Ortega, cantautor, actor, productor, director de cine y pol铆tico (algunos a艅os). En su trayectoria ha filmado 33 pel铆culas y es conocido por canciones como "La felicidad", "Despeinada" y "Amor en el aire" que canta a d煤o con la espa艅ola Roc铆o Durcal. En marzo de 1967 se cas贸 con su actual esposa Evangelina Salazar con quien tuvo seis hijos.

"La luz de Francisco" ser谩 estrenada en dos programas radiales en Espa艅a conducidos por el Padre Jos茅 Antonio Medina. Uno en Radio Mar铆a Espa艅a -con entrevistas grabadas en Buenos Aires- y otro en la Cadena Cope, ambos sobre el Santo Padre.

En declaraciones a la agencia AICA, el Padre Medina se艅al贸 que "Palito Ortega -soy muy amigo de su hijo mayor Mart铆n- me escribi贸 una canci贸n para que la use de cortina musical de ambos programas y ma艅ana es el estreno".

"Tuve la oportunidad de estar con 茅l, durante mi viaje a la Argentina en el mes de agosto pasado, y compartiendo distintas vivencias y proyectos, le habl茅 de estos programas y de all铆 surgi贸 el pedido y el ofrecimiento de esta canci贸n. Que es un doble regalo: en particular hacia m铆, ya que me la ha regalado para que yo la utilice en estos ciclos radiof贸nicos en los cuales intento acercar al gran p煤blico espa艅ol la persona y mensaje del Papa", agreg贸.

El sacerdote dijo adem谩s que Palito Ortega "me ha manifestado su intenci贸n de donar las regal铆as o royalty, que es el pago que percibe el titular de los derechos de autor de una obra determinada, a una obra de caridad, que en cuanto est茅 concretada lo haremos p煤blico, como corresponde".

Sobre la canci贸n, Palito Ortega dijo a medios espa艅oles que "es casi un taquirari (ritmo musical folcl贸rico de Bolivia). Me gust贸 c贸mo qued贸 la melod铆a, muy andina (tiene siqus y charangos) y me gust贸 la idea".

"Todo naci贸 del encuentro con este sacerdote que es mendocino y vive en Espa艅a. Le puse 'La luz de Francisco' y este nombre se debe a la manera en la que Francisco revolucion贸 la familia cristiana en el mundo entero", precis贸 el cantautor.

"Hemos hablado por tel茅fono y hemos grabado un saludo juntos, tambi茅n me coment贸 que ya se la han pedido de varios lugares de Latinoam茅rica y tenemos la ilusi贸n de llev谩rsela juntos, de ir con la guitarra para cant谩rsela al Papa", concluy贸 el Padre Medina.
