LOS ANGELES, CA (California Network) - Terrorists have attacked the Resorts World Manila resort hotel in Manila, Philippines. The attack took place at midnight as multiple gunmen, allegedly affiliated with ISIS, stormed the resort, sending guests leaping from second-story windows and fleeing for blocks. The initial onslaught lasted for two hours.

ISIS has officially claimed responsibility. It is unclear how many casualties there are, but many are expected.

President Duterte has already pledged to drive ISIS out of the country and is planning to seize back parts of the country dominated by Islamic militants. There is no question of what the outcome will be.

We will continue to follow this story as details emerge.
