Farkhunda, 27, was killed in March for allegedly burning a Koran.

Cell phone footage of an Afghan woman being killed by a lynch mob has surfaced online. In March, an Afghan woman was accused by a Muslim cleric of burning Koran. While she was almost certainly innocent of the charges, a lynch mob formed and attacked her.

LOS ANGELES, CA (California Network) - The footage is grim. An Afghan Muslim woman is accused of burning a Koran. She denies the allegations, but a lynch mob has already formed. Within minutes, they begin beating her and killing her. Local police are ineffective in their attempt to rescue her.

As they kill her she echoes the cries of her attackers, shouting "Allahu Akbar!" back at them as they kick and beat her to death.

The woman is so bloodied that when they attempt to burn her body, they have difficulty because of the blood.

The video also demonstrates that the Afghans have no affection for Americans when they accuse the woman of being an American sympathizer.

She has been identified in Afghanistan as "Farkhunda," age 27.

The video and images are extremely graphic. You may view the video here.
