LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - For weeks, interested readers and students have asked, "When will Knight's Templar be available?" The answer is Thursday, June 27.

The course will be the first history course offered on Catholic Online School and it will come with a certificate of completion.

Take a look at Catholic Online School!

The course will follow  the exciting and compelling journey of the Knight's Templar. The Templars were an order of holy warrior knights that defended the Holy Land and intimidated the soldiers of the Islamic middle east for centuries. They were renown for their piety and loyalty, and their fierce prowess in combat.

The Knights Templar answers a number of questions about the secretive and mysterious order. Did they find the Holy Grail or Ark of the Covenant? Why did they dig tunnels under the Temple Mount in Jerusalem? And why was the order violently destroyed after centuries of faithful service? What happened to their incredible treasures that was hidden away? Are there secret orders of Knight's Templars still working among us today?

The course features 11 lessons with study guides and quizzes. The centerpieces of each lesson are the videos which delve into the various aspects of the order and its history. Combined, there is nearly an hour of video content in this single course -- the same as a full-length documentary.

The course, like all courses on Catholic Online School, is free. Students simply have to enroll and start their course, with the entire process taking only a couple minutes.

Catholic Online School's mission is to provide a free, world-class Catholic Catholic education for anyone, anywhere.

The school is supported by donations to Your Catholic Voice Foundation, which is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
