Woman remains safely away from man

Women are faced with troubles most men can never imagine, especially when pregnant. For one woman, referred to as "Mary" to protect her identity, becoming pregnant was not a time of joy or happiness, as it often should be, because the father of her unborn child is notorious Pennsylvania abortionist, Eric Yahav.

LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - Yahev was involved in an illegal abortion business back in 2013 and currently works for three other abortion facilities.

"I am afraid he will do whatever it takes to make sure I do not have this baby," Mary expressed, noting that she wants to keep her baby, but he does not.

"Since becoming pregnant, Eric Yahav has become physically and mentally abusive because he does not want me to continue pregnancy. He works as an abortionist and over six weeks made four appointments for me to have an abortion," explained Mary in her petition for a protective order after enduring terrifying abuse from Yahev.

"Each time when I refused to go he became violent and threatened to kick me and my son out of the house. He threatened if I did not have an abortion he would 'make my life hell' and I could watch and see what he did to me."

Mary provided proof of some of the violent outbursts she endured with two horrific videos.

Operation Rescue, one of the leading pro-life Christian activist organizations, received an email from a desperate and afraid Mary looking for any help. Mary was not only fearful of the violent attacks, she was afraid no one would believe her statements, since Yahev is a doctor.

"I feel like no one will help me. He has all the money, power, and status ... This man is making a lot of money performing abortions. How can he be trusted to protect a woman who feels forced into abortion when he didn't respect me, pregnant with his baby, enough not to hurt me," Mary wrote in an e-mail to Operation Rescue, according to LifeSiteNews.com "I have lost everything because of him."

According to Mary, Yahev nearly succeeded in aborting her baby when he took her into one of his offices after hours. She went along, because she was certain she was further along than what is legally allowed for an abortion. However, the office staff refused to let Mary see her ultrasound and was told she was only 13 weeks.

"I told her that was not possible. . .I asked again to see [the ultrasound] and she refused and I asked to leave. Things got bad in the car and at home," Mary recounted, detailing other incidents where she felt her life and the life of her unborn child were in jeopardy.

"If Mary's account is true, and we have very little reason to doubt her story, has no business in a profession where vulnerable women are exposed to him. In my opinion, Eric Yahav belongs behind bars," expressed Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. "The allegations of violence against this woman must be taken very seriously."

Fortunately for Mary, she remains safe with her son from another man in an undisclosed location awaiting the birth of her new baby.

"I am afraid if he does this to me, what is he capable of doing to another woman that feels pressured to have an abortion? How can this be legal? How can he be trusted to protect women who feel scared and bullied into showing up at his clinic and do not want to have an abortion?"
